What materials are the Quiet Books made of?
Our Quiet Books are made from high-quality, OEKO-TEX® certified felt and cotton fabrics. Many elements like ribbons, buttons, and hook-and-loop fasteners are made from recycled polyester or other sustainable materials. Every component is carefully tested, child-safe, and TÜV-certified.
Can I wash the Quiet Books?
Our products can easily be cleaned by hand or with a soft brush and lukewarm water.
Is the price of a Quiet Book justified?
Yes — every Quiet Book is handmade with a lot of love, from high-quality materials. It accompanies your child through many stages of learning, playfully. It's not a mass-produced item, but a sustainable, educational toy that brings joy and learning together.
What happens if an item is sold out?
Just sign up on the product page
with your email address for a restock notification — we'll let
you know automatically as soon as it's back in stock.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major
payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna,
instant bank transfer, and Shop Pay. Your payment is processed securely over encrypted
connections.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can
change or cancel it. Just send us an email with your order number and
the changes you'd like, to info@jolly-designs.com.
Once your order has shipped, we're unfortunately no longer able to change it, but you're welcome to send the items back — our regular return process applies.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or
promotions folder first. If there's no email there, contact us at info@jolly-designs.com with your name
and order number — we'll gladly send you the confirmation again.
I'd like to combine several products in one order — is there a price advantage?
Yes! On our Bundle page you'll find lovingly curated sets with great price advantages.
You can also put together your own bundle there — perfect if you want to combine several learning toys.
That way you save money and get a beautiful gift or play set for your child, ready to go.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country.
They're calculated automatically at checkout once you select your country.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days; international delivery takes a bit longer. Here you'll find more information.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receiving them.
Just use our returns portal.
As soon as your package arrives with us, we'll refund you via your original payment method.
I've lost some pieces — can I get replacements?
Yes! We want your Quiet Book to bring joy for a long time.
That's why we offer a free Spare Parts Service for lost or damaged small parts.
Just use our Spare Parts Service page, to request the part you need — we'll take care of the rest.
